Over the course of six weeks, groups of 6-12 participants meet once per week in two-hour evening sessions. Trained facilitators offer information on grief and bereavement, encouraging participants to learn and confidentially share in a safe, supportive setting.
Our groups offer a three-way approach to those in grief:
October 13 - November 17, 2026
Six Tuesday sessions from 7-9pm
plus a follow-up session
October 19 - November 23, 2026
Six Monday sessions from 7-9pm
plus a follow-up session
You may register at any time. The intake process for each group will begin about one month prior to the start of the session. One of our facilitators will be in touch via email to set up a brief phone conversation to learn more about your loss and provide additional information about the program, ensuring a good fit for your needs.
Take the first step toward sharing and connection with others who understand your journey.
Our groups are open to anyone grieving the death of an important person, and are led by trained facilitators in a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment.
